There are vegetarian alternatives to the meat-based meals included in the meal plan, and the veggie options could easily be adapted to be made vegan.
All of the recipes in the meal plan are gluten free. Hooray!
Most of the recipes are dairy free, however there is a small amount of feta/goat's cheese in the plan which you are welcome to substitute for another protein of your choosing. You can always ask me for alternatives in the Facebook group.
Yes, absolutely. Once you buy the programme, it's yours to keep forever! You can do the meal plan again and again in your own time, and you will have your own login details to a private members' area where you can watch the training videos as many times as you like (you lucky thing!)
Certainly not! This is a points-free zone, and no calorie counting either! The focus is on whole, unprocessed foods that allow your body to work properly and on removing the foods which are keeping you hooked on sugar.
It is not a specific 'weight loss' plan however some previous challengers have reported losing between 3 and 5lbs over the 5 days. The main changes are more energy and not craving sugar any more!
All of the foods in the meal plan are 100% suitable for children however you may need to introduce them to some of the flavours and textures a little more gradually if they are used to eating processed foods and quite a bit of sugar.
Eating whole foods and cooking from scratch does take more time than grabbing a processed meal or snack. In order to guarantee your success on this plan, doing the prep is essential. You will need to set aside some time - I usually recommend doing this on a Sunday - to follow the detailed prep-ahead guide in the plan. This takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. But then you're all set for the week ahead, and the meals will then fit into your busy lifestyle. And it's SO worth it in the end!!
